To get intoxicated on Purim. The Gemora (Megillah 7b) quotes Rovo that "one is obligated "liv'sumi" to become intoxicated on Purim ad d'loi yoda [until one cannot distinguish] between 'cursed is Homon' and 'blessed is Mordechai'"
